This paper explores the integration of DevOps practices in smart supply chain management, with a special emphasis on the role of Chief Operations Officers (COOs). By examining case studies and conducting surveys with supply chain professionals, we investigate how DevOps can transform supply chain operations in terms of real-time data analysis, decision-making, delivery predictions, and operational efficiency. The study focuses on the potential of DevOps to enhance dashboard functionality, improve decision-making for COOs, increase accuracy in delivery predictions, and support COOs in achieving operational excellence.
