The session administration procedure and the management of the administration are finding obstacles in assuring a streamlined enrolment process. The administration department plays a vital role in the trainee's educational journey. To plan for accomplishing sessions, the trainee must determine which sessions to enrol in for every semester. With the growing number of graduates, there is a shortage of sections, making it increasingly challenging to efficiently handle the requests within a limited timeframe. Due to the high number of graduating trainees, the administration department is facing a shortage of sections for these trainees. Additionally, the session administration process has not been updated to accommodate the large influx of trainees enrolling. As a result, trainees are starting the administration process early, but some are encountering difficulties when using the college app to take a place for sessions. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of trainee population and sessions divisions on the administration procedure. This study was carried out using data obtained from three randomly chosen universities situated in the United Arab Emirates. The study has selected a sample of 150 trainees using the probability sampling technique. The sample selection process was based on key criteria, including trainees’ genders, countries, and age groupings. This manuscript study emphasizes the presence of barriers in the session administration procedure, which negatively affects the educational management at the universities in the UAE. However, UAE universities are presently encountering challenges that can be efficiently resolved by good administration and strict adherence to training institutional directions.
