Because in the process of running, the athlete's body will produce intense movement, such as leg swing, body vibration, etc., which will affect the stability and accuracy of heart rate signal monitoring. Therefore, a new real-time monitoring method of human heart rate in running needs to be designed based on wearable interactive devices. That is to say, a wearable interactive heart rate monitor is designed. The wearable interactive device is used to collect the heart rate monitoring data of the running human body, and a real-time heart rate monitoring algorithm of the running human body is designed, thus realizing the real-time heart rate monitoring of the running human body. The experimental results show that the heart rate monitoring deviation of the designed real-time monitoring method of human heart rate in running based on wearable interactive devices is low, which proves that the designed real-time monitoring method of human heart rate has good monitoring effect, accuracy, and certain application value, and has made certain contributions to reducing the safety risk of running.
