China’s aging degree is increasingly serious, and the public’s awareness of health care is gradually strengthened, which makes the medical system face greater challenges and pressure, especially the rapid increase in the volume of financial information, which puts forward a higher demand for its privacy monitoring performance. Therefore, the research on intelligent monitoring methods of medical financial information privacy based on the Internet of Things is proposed. Build the Internet of Things architecture for financial information privacy monitoring, on this basis, collect and process medical financial information, fill in and correct missing and abnormal information in financial information, apply data mining technology to judge medical financial privacy information, develop a dynamic medical financial information privacy aggregation scheme, and achieve intelligent monitoring of medical financial information privacy. The experimental data shows that after the application of the proposed method, the maximum value of privacy information judgment accuracy is 96%, the maximum value of medical financial information collection efficiency is 236 MB/s, and the minimum value of privacy information monitoring response time is 0.26 s, which fully confirms that the proposed method has better application performance.
