Introduction: Lower limb neuropathies are common, particularly in the context of diabetic polyneuropathy. However, among compressive neuropathies, only a few are clinically significant due to their higher prevalence, such as peroneal nerve neuropathy and posterior tarsal tunnel syndrome. Objective: This chapter discusses neuropathies of the femoral nerve (FN), ilioinguinal nerve (IIN), sural nerve (SRN), obturator nerve (ON), iliohypogastric nerve (IHN), and Morton’s neuroma. Discussion: Morton’s neuroma causes pain in the plantar region by usually affecting the third common plantar digital nerve. The SRN neuropathy is a rare disease that should be investigated in patients with pain in the sensory territory of this nerve. ON neuropathy is considered quite rare. The FN neuropathy should be investigated in patients with pain on the inner side of the thigh and leg, as well as paresis affecting knee extension or hip flexion. IIN neuropathy is usually due to nerve injury after surgical procedures in the abdominal region. Iliohypogastric nerve (IHN) neuropathy is a disease usually associated with surgeries in the abdominal and inguinal region. Conclusion: The lower limb presents less frequent neuropathies in clinical practice that can be a challenge in making the correct diagnosis, as well as managing conservative and surgical treatment.
