Quality assurance and accreditation in Intensive English Programs (IEP) in higher education are two fundamental processes that need to be achieved and maintained. Its importance stems from its wide impact on each stakeholder, including academic staff, students, administration, and policymakers. This chapter describes the quality programs and accreditation bodies in the Turkish context. Then, the chapter is supported by the Cukurova University-IEP case. This specific case aims to document the step-by-step procedure in the accreditation process so that this example may serve as a resource for other institutions. The discussion of the Cukurova University case includes a detailed explanation of the process and highlights authentic and innovative applications related to the quality program. The chapter implies that institutions should follow quality and accreditation criteria in each step by carefully focusing on the documentation and periodical storage of the targeted steps.
