An extensive overview of using of blockchain technology to improve supply chain transparency in agriculture is given in this study. It looks at how blockchain may be used to solve important issues including fraud, inefficiency, and a insufficient trust among stakeholders. By employing a decentralized and unchangeable ledger, blockchain guarantees the secure recording of transactions from farm to fork, thereby improving consumer confidence and protecting brand reputation. The study demonstrates successful case studies and pilot projects that showcase blockchain's ability to promote innovation and create cooperative ecosystems. The shift towards globalisation has led to an investigation of various supply chain processes including the use of new technologies such as the IoT and AI, which are integrated with blockchain for enhanced benefits and improved data transmission across supply chain networks. AI tools offer a significant number of advantages for enterprises that are undoubtedly worth it. In this way, artificial intelligence power due to its unique features can enhance productivity, create efficiencies and improve competitive advantage. So what is it that AI tools bring to the table?
