Managing an information system plays a crucial role in advancements for different domains such as healthcare particularly in a clinical laboratory to increase the efficacy and performance of its medical procedures and optimize its productivity by ensuring the safety of workers, scholars, and researchers. Therefore, this article proposes a laboratory information management system (LIMS) that aims to effectively manage, organize, and secure data in medical laboratories to eliminate the challenges that demand faces in such a sector. The workflow of the presented LIM system is optimized by serving several tasks that include registration of patients, tracking of samples, printing of the results, management of the financial accounts and inventory, reports issuing, statistics, notifications system, communication system for patients, security and authority health system. In the other hand, the proposed LIMS system ensures the providing a quality control aspect by enforcing the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enclose a compliance with stringent regulatory requirements. Thus, it confirms reliable and harmonic results in medical testing that expand the laboratory's capability. The experimental results demonstrate the accuracy and robustness of the results and eliminate errors in their operations owing to the advancement of the laboratory system i addition to receiving and exporting information with efficient and speedway. Finally, the system registered remarkable results in managing information, resources, and results with few errors compared with the state of the arts.
