In order to be successful, business organizations must demonstrate high environmental sustainability, using innovations corresponding to its requirements. However, the process of generating ideas for innovation is not always smooth and effective. The motivation and creativity of experts involved in generating innovative ideas is not a constant factor. For this reason, this paper aims to improve the process of generating innovative ideas. A methodology for intelligent generation of innovation ideas (IGII) is presented here. It combines human capabilities combined with those of AI, with the aim of increasing creativity and easier access to innovative ideas. The methodology expresses the application of various traditional methods and techniques used in the field, with various AI tools that add value to them. Changing through the individual steps of IGII shows the way of intelligently generating innovative ideas with high sustainability and meeting the strategic goals of the organization and the demands of the external environment.
