This study examines the influence of augmented reality (AR) modules on creativity and entrepreneurship in business environments, with a specific focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and previous research, this study investigates the connections among AR modules, entrepreneurs’ involvement, interactive creative environment, and knowledge retention. The study utilized a SEM analysis tool to examine the relationship between entrepreneurs’ engagement (EE), AR modules (ARM), Interactive Innovative Environment (IIE), Fintech Innovation Content (FIC), and the moderating effect of technological aptitude (TA) on knowledge retention (KR). The findings indicate a strong beneficial relationship between AR modules and the ability to retain knowledge. This highlights the potential of immersive technology in improving innovation outcomes. Furthermore, the research highlights the significance of committed business owners, tailored cutting-edge resources, and technological expertise in influencing the retention of knowledge. The text also discusses the limitations and potential areas for future investigation. In summary, this study enhances our comprehension of the elements that impact knowledge retention in the context of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. It also offers practical guidance for businesses aiming to maximize their innovation through the use of AR.
