This publication proposes a methodology for assessing a country's energy efficiency, resulting in a score that helps assess the extent to which a country is independent of external energy suppliers. A method for assessing the impact of energy resources on the environment is proposed and, based on the complex assessment obtained, innovative ways of financing environmental protection projects are proposed.

摘要

This publication proposes a methodology for assessing a country's energy efficiency, resulting in a score that helps assess the extent to which a country is independent of external energy suppliers.
