This research examines the influence of tourist package, trip purpose, tourist motivation, perceived value, perceived image, and perceived quality on tourist expenditure in the travel and tourism sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Using a descriptive and exploratory research approach, the research computed results from 213 respondents and used validity and reliability analysis for model measurement. The results show that all the three constructs are statistically significant with the tourists’ expenditure, and the most influential factor is perceived value. Also, trip purpose and tourist motivation have an impact on spending too but the impacts are not as significant as that of per capita income and age. These implications recommend that through improving the perceived quality and value of tourist packages together with the careful management of the image of the destination condition expenditure can be realized. These insights are valuable for the tourism operators and marketers who wish to increase the share of spending consumers in the competitive environment of Abu Dhabi.
