Maximizing Engagement in Hospitality: Analyzing Visitor Awareness and Experience in Dubai

This study aims at analyzing the flow of the visitor in the hospitality industry of Dubai, UAE, with respect to awareness, interaction, communication, experience, and feedback. These factors were measured with a sample of 257 respondents from hospitality industry. To establish the reliability and validity of the model to be used in the study and to test the proposed hypotheses, PLS-SEM was used. Thus, the relationships between these factors and their effects on general visitors’ engagement were to be revealed. The findings offer useful information about the nature of each factor and their roles and contributions toward increasing visitor interactions in the context of heightened competition in Dubai’s hospitality industry. The study provides the professionals of the industry with strategies to reduce the impact of awareness, interaction, communication, feedback, and experience also marked the overall contribution of this research in the improvement of service delivery and customer satisfaction. The conclusions may therefore be useful for enhancing the management of visitor interactions with a view to increasing the efficiency of personalized engagements in the context of a rapidly growing market.
