The objective of this research is to examine the influence of various dimensions of transformational leadership, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, on dimensions of organizational excellence, including creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, within the context of Arab Bank. Transformational leadership was selected as the independent variable, while organizational excellence served as the dependent variable. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed by the researchers, who utilized a survey as the primary instrument for data collection. The study sample consisted of employees affiliated with Arab Bank in. Notably, the findings revealed a significant and positive impact of the combined dimensions of transformational leadership on the enhancement of organizational excellence.
