Ethical Leadership and Its Impact on Enhancing Organizational Pride: Northern Technical University as a Case Study
摘要
The primary objective of this study was to ascertain the various dimensions of ethical leadership (including the presence, implementation, and encouragement of ethical behavior) and their influence on the enhancement of organizational pride at the Northern Technical University in the Republic of Iraq. In order to accomplish this goal, a descriptive-analytical approach was employed. The findings of utmost significance indicated a statistically significant impact, at a significance level of α ≤ 0.05, of ethical leadership in both its composite and individual dimensions on the promotion of organizational pride at the Northern Technical University in the Republic of Iraq.
