摘要
This study focuses on the civil safeguarding of electronic consumers during the execution phase of contracts. In the context of electronic contracts and commercial transactions, electronic consumption contracts play a crucial role. As a result, various challenges have emerged concerning the protection of consumer rights throughout the contract execution phase, in line with contemporary regulations and general principles.
