UNICEF has made significant progress in the promotion and protection of children’s rights for the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund since it was established in 1946, especially among communities that are less developed. This study will bring out how the innovation of technology and digital tools helps UNICEF to improve delivery directly, policies, and implementations of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Through modern technological platforms, UNICEF ensures the provision of quality education, healthcare, and essential services for children, especially those affected by poverty, discrimination, and related crises. Technological innovations are critical to UNICEF in the areas of disease control activities like HIV/AIDS, enabling their work mainly through delivery channels in digital health systems. At the same time, tools make it possible for UNICEF to create public campaigns to engage donors and mobilize support worldwide. It is concluded that the technological efforts by UNICEF have very improved living standards and protections of children’s rights, but further initiative scaling with the brighter future for children in those less developed regions will require continued support and funding.

摘要
