Material and Technical Damage Due to Errors: Analyzing the Impact of Work Instruction Violations

This research explores the problem of mistakes that cause material and technical damage to the employer, as well as the breach of work instructions by employees. The significance of this study is underscored by its analysis of the circumstances under which an employer is entitled to terminate an employee without prior notice. Such instances result in the cessation of the employment contract and the dissolution of the employment relationship—both of which are safeguarded by legislators through robust and varied protections aimed at preventing employer abuse.
