The objective of the study is to determine how innovative behavior influences institutional excellence within telecommunications firms. This investigation focused on two variables, each comprising various dimensions. Innovative behavior, the independent variable, is assessed through three dimensions: idea generation, idea promotion, and idea implementation. Meanwhile, the dependent variable, institutional excellence, is evaluated using four dimensions: leadership excellence, human resource excellence, production excellence, and organizational structure excellence. To gauge these variables, a questionnaire with 35 items was created. A total of 300 valid questionnaires were analyzed, yielding a response rate of 83%. The researchers utilized a descriptive analytical method and conducted a series of statistical tests with SPSS software. Key findings from the study indicated a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of innovative behavior and the enhancement of institutional excellence in telecommunications companies, with innovative behavior dimensions accounting for 80.4% of institutional excellence. The findings also showed that every aspect of innovative behavior influences institutional excellence, with the idea generation aspect demonstrating the most significant impact, whereas the idea promotion aspect had the least influence. The study recommends that it is essential to motivate employees to share their creative and innovative concepts by implementing an incentive system for those who contribute such ideas. Moreover, the organization should evaluate these suggestions and express interest in employee contributions, along with offering feedback to the contributors to enhance and polish these ideas for real-world use.
