The Effect of Using the Scrum Framework in the Design an Stakeholder Reliability
摘要
Some developers and clients think that the dependability of stakeholder metrics depends on the knowledge and experience of the people using them, even if the majority of them clearly need these measures. The aim of this study is to determine which of these factors produces projects with the best level of reliability. In order to find out, this article investigated and analyzed four stakeholder metrics. Measuring stakeholder risk, communication, empowerment, and involvement are the indicators under consideration. All of these statistics showed that they were quite reliable and that neither developers nor customers had any problems using them. We interviewed a few engineers in addition to hearing from consumers who had concerns and comments regarding these key performance indicator (KPI). We also examined how Jira tool metrics were used in two studies and two projects as part of our data analysis. The results showed that Jira metrics are highly reliable. This was proven by doing a statistical analysis with the Excel application. Jira is an incredible step that saves time and money because it allows users to track and report defects directly from within the Jira interface. The outcomes also demonstrated that Jira is very beneficial to the project, especially during the requirements phase.
