Quality assurance is widely recognized as a key problem within higher education institutions, since it has the potential to significantly impact the overall ranking of universities. The integration of innovative technologies has the potential to significantly improve the quality of educational institutions. The use of technology in education yields several immediate advantages, such as facilitating seamless information sharing among students and enabling them to explore novel educational experiences. The objective of this research is to identify the primary determinants of new technologies that impact the quality in the Jordanian universities. This research utilizes the diffusion of innovation theory to examine several elements derived from this theoretical framework. A research study was done, including fieldwork at five universities in Jordan, with the aim of identifying the specific technical aspects that might potentially impact the education quality process. A research approach based on the methodological approach which was used to gather data, using triangulation methodologies. Sixteen interviews were conducted with key stakeholders in Jordanian universities. In addition to conducting two focus groups, the researchers administered 232 questionnaires to a sample of Jordanian students.
