The theoretical study of the secretion of corticosterone was strong-minded. Formulae of fuzzy Weibull distribution and its α-cut sets were presented. Fuzzy reliability for the effect of plasma corticosterone in a three-parameter Weibull distribution was developed, and this model was used to calculate the reliability of corticosterone responses to predictable and unpredictable noise stress in the secretion in the given time interval. The result shows that the effect of the secretion of corticosterone decreases if the termination time increases.
