The Nowadays, wireless communication plays a critical role in our daily lives, enabling us to stay connected with friends, family, and colleagues through various devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches. Nowdays, few of the renowned wireless communication technologies that are mostly used include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G, Near Field Communication, Global Positioning System (GPS) etc. Overall, wireless communication technologies continue to evolve and improve, enabling us to stay connected and communicate more efficiently and effectively. Antennas are an essential component of wireless communication systems. They are used to transmit and receive radio signals, which carry information such as voice, data, and video between different devices. This chapter gives a brief of basic performance parameters of printed antenna. A brief about design mechanism of printed antennas and their advantages are listed in this chapter.
