An important part of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 is the focus on people and their well-being, but due to the introduction of new technologies and elements of Industry 4.0, the nature and organization of work in companies is changing. Some jobs will disappear, but there will be room for new jobs. As a result of these changes in the labour market, there will be a need for continuous training and retraining. The aim of the article is to characterize the expected changes in the labour market, to identify the most and least endangered work professions and to identify the knowledge and skills needed in the era of Industry 4.0 and 5.0.
