The findings reveal that AI contributes significantly to improving the efficiency and transparency of HR practices, expanding the talent pool, and minimizing bias in decision-making processes. However, the study also identifies challenges such as the potential displacement of employees and the need to address ethical and cybersecurity concerns. The originality of this research lies in its comprehensive synthesis of recent studies from various geographical and industrial contexts, offering insights into the implications of AI adoption in HRM. The article highlights the necessity for organizations to develop strategic frameworks that balance technological advancements with human and ethical considerations, ensuring sustainable and fair AI integration in HRM practices.
