This literature review investigates the contemporary trends in corporate reporting, with a particular emphasis on the stakeholders’ approach to green innovations and sustainability. It examines how corporations are progressively incorporating environmental and social considerations into their reporting frameworks to satisfy the increasing demands of stakeholders for transparency and accountability. By analyzing various case studies and theoretical models, the review elucidates the primary drivers and obstacles to adopting sustainable practices in corporate reporting. The findings indicate that a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy is essential for effectively implementing green innovations, ultimately contributing to long-term corporate sustainability.
