This article deals with the strategic options for Tatry Mountain Resorts in further internationalization of its activities, with particular emphasis on finding potential new markets. The study analysed the selected company using SWOT and PESTLE analysis to understand better its internal and external factors influencing its expansion strategies. We also investigated whether the acquisition of foreign centres impacted on the number of employees of the parent company. Based on these analyses, the paper provides recommendations for an expansion strategy that would enable the company to consolidate its position as a leader in mountain resorts in Central Europe and increase its international competitiveness.
