This chapter explores climate-related art through a close reading of four selected artworks, analyzing their aesthetic strategies and engagement with the structural causes of climate change. By examining works by Ursula Biemann, Diane Burko, Olafur Eliasson & Minik Rosing, and Jason deCaires Taylor, the study investigates how these artists depict environmental crises and evoke political and activist dimensions. The chapter situates these artworks within broader sociological and ecological frameworks, considering their role in public engagement, environmental justice, and sustainability. It highlights how art can visualize complex ecological systems and foster critical awareness.
