This study develops an integrated tool in view of evaluating corporate sustainability performance. The framework presented here aims at reaching the three dimensions that characterize the development in a sustainable way: ecological comprehensiveness, technological efficiency, and socioeconomic development. The aim of this research is to offer valid support to airport operators in the evaluation and improvement of sustainability by considering aspects related to environmental management, technologies, and socioeconomic impacts. The theoretical framework also befits the current myriad literature on gradual environmental steps and appropriate technological applications. From this angle, a multidimensional approach enables the airport authority to reach better-perceived operational efficiency by reducing the ecological footprint without jeopardizing positive socioeconomic outcomes. It also befits the greater conceptual framework of establishing resilience in airport infrastructures that is sustainable, enables global sustainability, and provides valuable insights into future research and policymaking.

摘要
