Carlow College, St. Patrick’s is a small college in the Irish Higher Education landscape. Drawing on its foundation as a Catholic College, it has a historic ethos of community outreach and social justice. In recent years, the College has undergone significant institutional and curriculum changes and committed to the Athena Swan Charter, all of which have led to the increased embedding of EDI principles and a rearticulation of its ethos across and beyond the College community.
