This article investigates the convergence of intelligent resource allocation and energy efficiency (green technology) within the cloud computing environment toward sustainable growth of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs). By leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning, businesses, particularly SMEs, can optimize resource utilization, reduce energy consumption, and achieve sustainable growth.
