Exploring the Influence of Workplace Spirituality on Job Performance: A Study in Haryana, India

This study looks at how spirituality affects productivity at work in the context of Haryana, India. Being aware of how important spirit is at work, it addresses its absence as a variable contributing to various employees’ satisfaction and performance. The study aims to look into how different parts of spirituality in the workplace, such as a sense of community, meaningful work, embracing diversity, and gratitude, affect job satisfaction and success. This study uses a quantitative research design, employing SmartPLS SEM software for data analysis. Surveys and questionnaires gather data on WPS, JS, and JP. Analytical methods include correlation analysis, SEM, and mediation analysis to examine direct and indirect effects among the variables. The study finds that WPS significantly enhances JP (path coefficient = 0.454) and job satisfaction (path coefficient = 0.645). The model explains 59.8% of the variance in job performance and 41.6% in job satisfaction. Analyses of reliability and validity show that the measurement tools are reliable, and model fit scores support the suggested structural relationships. This shows how important workplace faith is for improving employee well-being and the efficiency of the business.
