Accelerated digitalization of the Ukrainian national economy, acting as a driver of economic transformations during a large-scale war, leads to the emergence of specific destructive phenomena (militarization of cyberspace, information wars, information terrorism, attacks on the digital infrastructure, large-scale open and covert cyberattacks for the conduct of hostilities and intelligence-subversive activities). The generation of threats in the digital sphere typically requires relatively minimal expenditure, is accompanied by low risk to the attacker, and has the potential to inflict significant damage. This actualizes the problem of ensuring the state economic security and protecting national economic interests on the principles of information security. The research is aimed at studying an important global scientific problem of ensuring digital and economic security under global threats. It assumes using methods, principles, tools of a proactive approach and the advantages of digitalization based on timely detection of potential and real threats, realization of the deterrence potential and cyber resilience, ensuring the security of information resources to increase the economic security of Ukraine in the war and post-war periods.
