The introduction situates my work in the context of the globalization of literature. The concept of literary globalization is understood as the juridification of international literary relationships beginning in the nineteenth century and the emergence of the interlingual licensing market. Literary globalization takes place within the literature itself as well as within the actions of its participants. In the first case, it refers to globalization in literature (cf. volume 2 of this study); in the second case, to the globalization of literature. I attempt to address both levels of literary globalization at the same time. In this first volume, I deal with the globalization of literature.

摘要

The concept of literary globalization is understood as the juridification of international literary relationships beginning in the nineteenth century and the emergence of the interlingual licensing market. Literary globalization takes place within the literature itself as well as within the actions of its participants. In the first case, it refers to globalization in literature (cf. volume 2 of this study); in the second case, to the globalization of literature. I attempt to address both levels of literary globalization at the same time. In this first volume, I deal with the globalization of literature.
