Design and Implementation of a New Type of Hydrazine Sewage Treatment System

Through the comparison of natural purification method, ion exchange method, ozone-ultraviolet-activated carbon combined treatment and other methods at home and abroad, the optimal treatment method of ozone-ultraviolet-activated carbon combined treatment was selected. However, in view of the problem of reducing the capacity of the three-stage combined treatment system of a sewage treatment system, combining the present situation and many factors, the optimization design was carried out from the aspects of process equipment, process flow, software module, etc., which solved the difficult problem of the three-stage combined treatment system, which made the processing capacity double and the discharge water test completely qualified. The design of software control system has greatly improved its related security. Finally, a new method to improve the capacity of hydrazine waste water treatment system by adding small mobile photo catalytic oxidation waste water treatment equipment, corrosion inhibitor and nano-TiO2 photo catalytic oxidation was also explored.
