To show sustainability in planning rules and architectural design for sustainable resorts, it is crucial to integrate nature, culture, and the local community in environmental, cultural, social, and economic equilibrium. Hence, the objective of this study is to thoroughly examine the necessity of identifying, through scientific research and practical implementation, the interdependent connection between smart technologies, architectural technological innovation, and sustainable tourism as an additional development and design quality value to be included into tourist resorts.
