The Intelligent Human-Input-Based Blockchain Oracle (IHiBO) architecture integrates abstract argumentation reasoning mechanisms with distributed ledger technology to enhance decision-making processes in multi-agent systems. In this paper, we focus on applying the IHiBO architecture to fund management. We apply the theory of numerical balancing of normative reasons through smart contracts instead of abstract argumentation. The decision-making model aggregates weighted reasons, allowing fund managers to vote with varying strengths based on their reputation and confidence. This approach significantly reduces computational costs. Comparative analysis demonstrates the efficiency and scalability of our approach, highlighting its linear growth in resource usage, in contrast to the exponential growth observed with abstract argumentation. Furthermore, this study underscores the advantages of using reason-based balancing for transparency and accountability in blockchain-based decision-making. The results demonstrate IHiBO’s ability to faithfully document and support complex financial decisions, paving the way for further research on integrating normative reasoning and blockchain technologies.

摘要
