The propagation of cosmic neutrinos can be influenced by interstellar magnetic fields if neutrinos have a nonzero magnetic moment. In order to treat the effect of a stochastic component of an interstellar magnetic field on the cosmic neutrino propagation, we employ the formalism of the Lindblad master equation for describing the neutrino density matrix evolution. We present the expressions for the probabilities of the flavor and spin oscillations of Dirac neutrinos in a fluctuating magnetic field, which are derived on the basis of the analytical solution of the Lindblad master equation.
