This paper attempts to assess the awareness level, formal and informal means of information, and learning level through classrooms regarding the Social Development Goals (SDGs) of students of a business college. A structured questionnaire was constructed and distributed to students of various study levels. The results reveal that only 42% of respondents received information about the SDGs through training, formal education, and traditional and social media. Similarly, a considerable number of respondents showed indifference or limited access to education or training towards the SDGs at their educational place. This implied an active role of HEIs in promoting awareness about SDGs among students and providing them with the necessary education and training to achieve Vision 2040 and SDGs.
