摘要
This study aims to examine the impact of transformational leadership on organizational commitment at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It seeks to investigate the relationship between the different dimensions of transformational leadership, such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, and the level of organizational commitment among employees. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using a case study methodology, where data was collected through detailed surveys, in-depth personal interviews, and analysis of relevant official documents. The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment, with transformational leadership contributing to enhancing emotional commitment and fostering positive interactions among employees. Several factors influencing the enhancement of commitment were identified, including effective leadership motivation and the presence of a participatory work environment. The study demonstrates that transformational leadership is a key driver for improving institutional performance and strengthening organizational loyalty, reflecting its active role in achieving institutional sustainability and growth. Based on these findings, the study recommends the development of continuous training programs for leaders to enhance transformational leadership practices within the Chamber of Commerce, which would contribute to improving organizational commitment and supporting the sustainable growth of the organization.
