This study aimed to identify the reality of the use of e-marketing tools and its impact on marketing performance from the point of view of marketing and sales staff in Omani companies through a case study on an Omani real estate company, where the study sought to know the reality of each of (continuous training, supportive organizational culture, and adequate financial allocations) and its impact and role in e-marketing performance in the case institution, and the hypotheses of the study are summarized in the assumption of the impact of factors (training, organizational culture, and financial allocations) on the performance and efficiency of the staff of the department Marketing and sales in e-marketing in the company -under study-,and this study was conducted on the case community of 15 people working in the marketing and sales department of the organization—under study—through a personal interview with each individual, and then underwent a qualitative deductive analysis to test hypotheses and reach conclusions. The study reached the following conclusions, namely the existence of a positive impact of continuous training programs on e-marketing performance in the status institution, and the existence of a positive impact of the supportive organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the marketing and sales department in the status institution, and the study also found a positive impact of sufficient financial allocations on the e-marketing performance of marketing and sales staff in the status institution. And this study recommends designing continuous training programs based on the training needs of the company's marketing and sales staff in the field of e-marketing, providing a supportive environment for the success of e-marketing, and allocating sufficient financial resources to provide electronic technologies and services in the company under study.
