摘要
The study titled “Challenges Facing Internal Road Companies in Coordinating with Other Service Agencies in the Sultanate of Oman” explores the significant coordination challenges that impact the efficiency and cost of road infrastructure projects in Oman. These challenges include delays in obtaining approvals, the lack of updated data on essential service locations, and inadequate communication systems. These factors often lead to project delays and increased costs. The paper emphasizes the need for improved data management and a centralized coordination platform. It draws on previous studies that highlight the positive effects of coordinated communication and the availability of updated information on project efficiency.
