In this section we “refine” our KLR-diagrams into local regions, indexed by paths in the alcove geometry of length 1 or 2. We equip the diagrams with hyperplanecolourings and rename the generators so as to suggest the underlying isomorphism with the Soergel diagrammatic algebras.
