Education for all is a fundamental human right and a key driver of sustainable development. However, global fragmentation, marked by inequality, social divisions and gender disparities, continues to undermine access to education. This article examines the challenges and efforts made in education in Algeria, focusing on its role in promoting education for all within the framework of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2063 of the African Union. This article explores Algeria’s progress in expanding access to quality education, addressing barriers such as urban-rural divides, gender inequality, and social and cultural fragmentation, while aligning national policies with global and continental agendas. In addition, the article analyzes Algeria’s contributions to regional educational, social and economic development through initiatives such as the Pan-African University, regional infrastructure projects, and youth empowerment and gender equality programs. The article calls for increased investments in inclusive education and regional cooperation to overcome obstacles and promote a prosperous, integrated and peaceful Africa and world, with Algeria as a major contributor to these efforts.
