Concerns with privacy and urban life in the context of urban AI are explored in this chapter through a review of the practice and research literature. A conceptual framework is formulated based on the literature review and is then used to guide an exploration of findings in terms of a challenges proposition and an opportunities proposition. Key findings of this chapter are categorized for discussion within the framework of understanding privacy in terms of dependencies, interactions, and synergies in relation to the urbanizing of AI. Limitations and mitigations of the explorations in this chapter are identified in support of future directions for research and practice going forward. The significance of this chapter along with insights are shared in the concluding comments.
