Considering the opportunities that rapidly evolving technologies provide to current and future information technologies, including systems and processes implemented through technological tools, it is necessary to apply the unique aspects of IoT in an online groundwater monitoring system. Online monitoring of water levels in remote areas using technologies for remote control of groundwater regime parameters is becoming a requirement today. This article develops an online groundwater monitoring system as a modern high-performance tool to support strategic and operational decision-making, providing direct support to users for analysis and management decisions based on the prompt provision of necessary information about groundwater parameters. This, in turn, makes it possible to quickly identify and assess changes in the state of groundwater, prevent negative consequences and monitor quality indicators. Thanks to this system, it is possible to carry out real-time operational monitoring of groundwater regime parameters and management capabilities at monitoring wells belonging to the “Reclamation Expedition of Karakalpakstan”. In this work, the implementation of a monitoring system for the Aral region based on the Internet of Things was carried out in order to realize the effectiveness of groundwater monitoring through radically new management methods. These methods rely on the use of telecommunications, Internet of Things and software tools to make decisions, analyze the status of groundwater regimes and reduce the time spent on data processing.

摘要
