Lacertus Syndrome Antegrade Ultrasound-Guided Technique
摘要
Lacertus syndrome is a rare compression of the median nerve at the elbow level. The diagnosis is based on the clinical examination with the scratch collapse test. When medical treatment failed, we proposed a minimally invasive technique from proximal to distal. This technique allows a safe release under office procedure. The only risk is a hematoma at the forearm level.
