Hemorrhagic Onycholysis Secondary to Docetaxel
摘要
A 67-year-old Black female undergoing chemotherapy with docetaxel presented with hemorrhagic onycholysis affecting all 20 nails. Physical examination revealed subungual hematomas, onycholysis, onychauxis, and nail plate loss. Fungal cultures were negative. This case highlights the rare but challenging adverse effect of taxane-induced hemorrhagic onycholysis.
