The chapter begin by sharing the foundation of the research, which includes the bricolage methodologyBricolage methodology, and two interview techniques developed by the author: the integration of artifacts and the Five Senses TechniqueFive Senses Technique. While, the bricolage method is not the focus of this chapter, but its definition is essential to understanding the choices the author made in creating her interview techniques and framework.
