In order to construct a matching theoretical framework, this book introduces a suitable linguistic information characterization tool, namely PLTSs, demonstrates the matching decision-making processes from different perspectives and constructs corresponding matching models. Furthermore, the applications of these theoretical results in practical problems are illustrated. Initially, the comprehensively literature review is illustrated in this chapter.
